Our Team

Mr. Unnithan is the founder and CEO of DIBIZ. He is an experienced C-Level executive with over 30 years of domain expertise. An alumnus of Harvard Business School (AMP), Mr. Unnithan completed his Masters’ degree in Chemical engineering and went on to acquire an MBA from the National University of Singapore, graduating with a Gold Medal in MBA. He is a distinguished Alumni of ICT Mumbai – India’s premier Chemical Technology Institute.

In his expansive career, he has donned many hats. He was the former CEO of Carotino Group, Malaysia, where he built the business from scratch and raised it to US$200M in revenue. After that, he became the Founder & CEO of Sumwin Global Pte. Ltd. from the year 2016.

A staunch visionary and technocrat, Mr. Unnithan is the President of the Malaysian Biodiesel Association (MBA) and is a Fellow of The Malaysian Institute of Management (FMIM), The Institute of Chemical Engineers in the UK (FIChemE), a member of the Program Advisory Council (PAC) of Malaysian Palm Oil Board, and holds 4 patents in the field of oils and fats.

Srinivas is the COO of DIBIZ. He has over 30 years of robust experience in Process Automation, Industrial Software Solutions, IIoT and integrating IT & OT for manufacturing industries. He is a seasoned technologist who possesses strong leadership qualities, having led many teams and projects at companies like FICHTNER, Black & Veatch, SIEMENS, Thameswater Projects, United Engineers Singapore, among others.

Mr. Srinivas is a visionary innovator in the field of Process Automation and Industry 4.0 and is a founder of two Singapore-based start-up companies. Currently, he is putting his problem-solving skills to work by designing and weaving unique experiences for our customers at DIBIZ.

Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Yusof Basiron is the Advisor & Chairman of DIBIZ Malaysia. He is a scientist and an influential public figure in the Malaysian palm oil industry. He was the Executive Director of Council of Palm Oil Producing Countries (CPOPC), and was the Director-General of Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB), CEO of the Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC), and a non-independent non-executive director on the board of Sime Darby.

Dr. Basiron earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand in 1972. He also has multiple post-graduate degrees, including a PhD degree in Applied Economics and Management Science from the University of Stirling in Scotland in 1986. In 2017, Dr Basiron was conferred “Leadership Award” for his contribution as CEO at the annual Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) Leadership Award.”
